My mission is to help you heal. I want you to leave your session feeling better, but my priority is your overall health.

Calling all athletes, desk workers and everything in between! Multiple sports led me to elbow, knee and hip pain. Sitting at a desk job 8-hours a day, five and sometimes six days per week, led to lower back, wrist and shoulder aches. I know the pain you're going through because I've been there before.
